The YesPlus workshop is an innovative and experiential life-skills training program that empowers participants to learn secrets of breath and meditation techniques including the scientifically validated 'SKY Meditation' (Sudarshan Kriya.)
The retreat provides tangible tools to free the mind of STRESS, WORRY, and ANXIETY while helping people move from temporary to sustainable happiness. You will learn techniques to REDUCE stress, CALM the mind, INCREASE focus & productivity, and IMPROVE time-management & leadership skills.
