The Technology Entrepreneur Center is very excited to announce that the first application cycle for the Innovation, Leadership and Engineering Entrepreneurship (ILEE) BS dual degree within the College of Engineering will open Monday, October 17 and remain open until November 17. Please encourage students interested in pursuing this dual degree to visit the ILEE application website (http://tec.illinois.edu/academics/degree/dual-degree-application) for eligibility and application requirements.

Every year, ITE has hosted a round table bringing Transportation industry professionals and students together to talk about trends in the industry, how to find a job, what skills to acquire while at school, and much more... all over some great pizza! This year again, we're proud to host the event on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in 1311 Newmark Civil Engineering Lab. Please see the attached flyer. The event is open to everyone interested in Transportation, and would be quite appropriate for Civil, MechSE, ISE and Urban Planning majors, among others.
The Builders Scholarship Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2016-17 scholarship cycle. Please distribute the attached application to all students in an approved construction curriculum such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Other basic scholarship requirements are as follows:Be a graduate of a Chicagoland area high school (16 counties in Illinois, southeast Wisconsin and northwest Indiana) Major in Construction Management or Construction Engineering (civil/environmental/mechanical) Attend an accredited institution from the schools listed in the application (in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa or Michigan)
