Carl W. Muhlenbruch, former Chairman of the Board, TEC-Search Inc., Wilmette, Ill., has been named a 2008 Distinguished Alumnus Award of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
