Note: Companies are encouraged to register early. The CEE Job Fair tends to fill up quickly.

REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION DEADLINE
Last day to register or cancel registration with full refund. No refunds for cancellation requests received after this date at 5 pm CST.

Cost, Equipment, and Services Provided

The cost of attending the CEE job fair is $700. All companies who select CHECK as payment type will receive an invoice after registration is completed.

All companies will be provided a 6-ft. table and two chairs. Each booth will have access to electricity and wifi.
Breakfast and lunch included in registration cost.

Parking provided at nearby bagged meters.

Interview Space

Interview space will be available for  Thursday, February 8, 2024. Please contact Keely Ashman (kashman@illinois.edu) to reserve your interview space.

Company Descriptions and Job Announcements

Brief company descriptions should be uploaded during registration. Company names and descriptions will be made available to students in advance of the job fair.

Companies wishing to post job announcements in advance of the fair should do so via Handshake, our online job board. No individual listings will be sent to students. Please contact Engineering Career Services (217-333-1960) if you have questions about posting on Handshake. Important: entering postings into Handshake does not register you for the job fair. To attend the job fair you must complete the CEE registration form.

Cancellations

Please be aware that the latest possible date to cancel registration with a full refund is August 23, 2024.

Payment Information

Credit card payments are preferred and you will be directed to the payment portal upon completion of your registration.

Check payments are due by August 23, 2024. Please make checks payable to “University of Illinois".

CEE Networking Night

CEE Networking Night will not be returning for Spring 2024. We are hopeful to bring this event back starting in Fall 2024.
